Of Flowery Things Part II

You know how it is when you can't get what you want, so you end up buying similar things to fill that gaping void in your gut? This is one of those times.
Owing to my inability to purchase a Cath Kidston bucket bag, I've resorted to getting what I think is the next best thing - a floral slouch bag from Accessorize.

Wait, I think this photo from the Accessorize website does my new bag [more] justice -

In the Jungle the Mighty Jungle Flower Scoop Slouch Bag - Now PhP1,500
You should all know, Accessorize in Robinson's Galleria is on sale, with a lot of these floral-ly bags at half price. I was very tempted to also bring home these other bags, which I previously wrote about here and here -

Chrysanthemum Print Fairtrade Cotton Shopper - PhP900

Glamorous Barnwell Owl Shopper - Now PhP650

Mary Ellen Checked Flower Embellished Bag - Now PhP1,325
Thankfully, better judgment prevailed and I was able to leave the store with minimal damage to my pocket. Now that I think about it, office policy will never allow me to carry an oilcloth shopping tote peppered with colorful owls to work. Whew.

  1. You picked a very nice bag! Is it embroidered? If yes, a VERY NICE BAG!! :-)

Also, I love owl prints! :-)

And, the last bag's got my name on it. I am tempted to "visit" in the shop. (I think there's one in Greenbelt). I shall practice self-restraint.

  3. Oh Lord I don't need another bag, but I think I want to go to Accessorize now.
