Walk comfortably in marshmallows

Happy New Year! While we're on the subject of locally-made shoes (and while we're still itching to spend all that money that we got over the holidays Teehee), may I recommend these ballet flats from Kamiseta?

These are the softest. They're actually called "marshmallows," and boy is the name appropriate. These really feel like marshmallows on your feet! I think they're comfortable because of what appears to be double-padded insoles and the super soft leather upper. What's great is that they're affordable too. Only PhP799 a pair! Also available in these fun playful colors.

I think another pair in pink is forthcoming. Yey.

Secondly, you may want to check out a brand called Comfit, where I got these pearl-adorned sandals that I used for a beach wedding that we attended (post about that to follow). Comfit's tagline is "walk comfortably," and they live up to that phrase because these shoes are uber comfortable. I got these for PhP1,099, which isn't bad for such lovely sandals right?

Comfit is at the 50th Avenue, Robinsons Galleria
It admittedly feels weird to be starting the year with a post about shoes. But this is really the best that I can come up with without thinking so much. It's just that we're all bound to return to work soon and I'm hoping I can not think for a little while longer. Heehee Enjoy what remains of the holidays!

  1. We own the same pair of Kamiseta flats. I wish they had note colors pa, specifically red and brown.

  3. Golda, they still have the pink, blue and mustard yellow versions sa ATC branch...which is practically useless information kasi ang layo sa yo!

But if you really want, you can buy from their online store: www.kamiseta.com. May shipping fee nga lang. Downside is you won't be able to fit the shoes, pero from my experience, they're true to size.
